STORAGE
OGK-ING stores the personal data it receives from you until you unsubscribe from the newsletter.
OGK-ING stores customer data in accordance with legal and tax regulations governing this area. After the statutory retention period, it is deleted. Based on tax regulations, the company is required to store invoices containing customer personal data for 10 years after the completion of the purchase.

The company will also not delete data that it needs to ensure proof that the personal data about a person has been deleted (i.e., audit trail) and will retain records of individuals who do not wish to be contacted by OGK-ING in the future. This data includes email addresses and first and last names.
